Cogan Station, Pa. – Annually, the National Association of Town Check out sponsors a nationwide neighborhood-policing celebration recognized as “National Evening Out.”
This calendar year, Aged Lycoming Township Law enforcement Division will all over again be co-sponsoring this special crime prevention celebration. The Annual “National Evening Out” will be held across the country on August 3, 2021.
Locally, the Fairlawn Community Church, 353 Pleasurable Hill Highway, Cogan Station, will host this year’s party, getting place August 3 from 6-8 p.m.
Associates and equipment from Previous Lycoming Township Police, Outdated Lycoming Volunteer Hearth Department, Hepburn Township Volunteer Hearth Department, Lycoming County Sheriff’s Section, and the Pennsylvania Condition Law enforcement will be on hand.
Additionally, in accordance to Fairlawn Community Church, they be expecting PA Harmless Little ones, Allison Crane & Rigging, Adelphoi, Lycoming Bakery, Born To Fly, and UPMC Susquehanna to participate.
The cost-free celebration will provide as a way for customers of the community the opportunity to meet up with local crisis responders, and legislation enforcement officers in a non-unexpected emergency location.
In addition to the Aged Lycoming Police Department, users of the Aged Lycoming Fireplace Division Hepburn Township Fireplace Division Lycoming County Sheriff’s Office and Pennsylvania Point out Police, will be in attendance.
The evening will also involve food (hot pet dogs, burgers, pizza, smooth drinks, ice product, chips), backpack and clothes giveaways, inflatable points of interest, carnival game titles such as a dunk tank, law enforcement and hearth/EMS autos to test out, a (safe) drunk driving simulator, and an massive American flag on exhibit by Allison Crane & Rigging.
The celebration is no cost and open to the community.
