Marriott International has signed an agreement with AB Residing to bring its St Regis model to Costa Mujeres in early 2025.
Situated on a 3.5-hectare web page alongside the beach, St Regis Costa Mujeres Resort is currently being envisioned by Mexico City-dependent firm Sordo Madaleno Architect, whose scheme will comprise 158 guestrooms and 80 branded household units with views of Isla Mujeres to the east and Cancun to the Southeast.
Designs for the vacation resort also contain three F&B venues, various swimming pools, a beach club, around 470m2 of assembly area, and the signature St Regis Butler Services. Measuring 22,584m2, the branded residences will deliver personal elevator accessibility, a residential concierge, a exercise centre, and whole access to the resort’s features and providers.
